Silence

“It [would be] vain for me to endeavor to interpret the Silence. She cannot be done into English.”
-Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862)

More can be “said” in a few moments of silence than in volumes of literature. Some things are beyond translation. I could go on and on about this… but I’ll be quiet and let you find the silence instead. You’ll see.
