Present

“No mind is much employed upon the present: recollection and anticipation fill up almost all our moments.”
-Samuel Johnson (1709-1784)

Most of the time, the way our minds work, we’re either thinking about something that happened in the past, or thinking about something that is going to happen in the future. Meanwhile, we’re missing the present moment, the here and now. We’re taking away from the juy that exists only in present moment awareness. It’s almost like we need a little alarm to keep us awake. I saw this watch with a great reminder written right on the face: ONE – Only Now Exists!
