I think about this a lot. I recently attended the CHADD conference – CHADD is for Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorders – and I know how difficult it can be to pay attention. But there are times when that attention, that focused concentration, can set us free! Whatever we focus on, we move towards. Whatever we think about, we become. So it is important to still the mind and choose our thoughts. Tranquility comes from that stillness, and from the knowingness that all is right with the world.
