Stress starts in our brain, and stress management starts with brain enhancement.  This is because how we think about ourselves, and how we interpret various situations determines how stressed we feel.  If we think a situation is dangerous, then we feel fearful, and our brain sends a signal for “fight or flight” flooding us with stress.  One technique says that we can shift this perception and change the information that has come into the brain, by literally shaking it away.  Simply shake your head back and forth, and up and down, redistributing brain waves. This is called “Brain Wave Vibration” and it helps the head and neck to relax, and the relaxed vibration can travel down to the rest of the body.  You can add visualization to this process to make it more effective, seeing in your mind the muscles and organs relaxing and the stress and tension leaving the body.  More info at www.brainwavevibration.com
