INGREDIENTS:

4 cups spinach leaves 1 cup raspberries (or strawberries) 1/2 cup sliced red onion 1/2 cup sliced cucumber Dressing: 1/2 cup canola oil 4 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

-Toss all ingredients in large bowl. -Add dressing; mix lightly.
