Hello, I am interested in the Ayurvedic diet. I made the mung bean soup, but didn’t like it. You mentioned Ministronie soup-home made, no cans. Can you also give advice on what Ayurvedic receipe book to buy. I really like soup, and this would be a great/easy diet. All I need is a soup, that does the same thing the Mung Bean soup does. Thank you
