Originality

“The will to originality is not the will to be peculiar and unlike anybody else; it means the desire to derive one’s consciousness from its primary source.”
-Nicolas Berdyaev (1874-1948)

Originality is not being unlike anything or anyone else, it is being totally true to who we are. And who we are is a unique, original, expression of God. We’ve got this whole “one-of-a-kind” thing going on without even trying! All we have to do is to be ourselves.
