Hi Lissa,

I am reading the March/April magazine Tathaastu and enjoyed your article on Ayurvedic cooking. I made the Kapha Churna blend but noticed that you mentioned mustard for balancing Kapha yet there was no mustard in the actual recipe…was that an omission error?

You can certainly add dried mustard to the recipe if you like it. Feel free to get creative!
